Squat Standards
For a squat to be considered valid:
- The lifter must unrack the bar and stand upright.
- The lifter must descend until the hip crease drops below the top of the knee.
- The lifter must return to a fully upright position.
- Knees and hips must be fully extended at the top.
All lifts submitted to the platform are subject to verification and judging
standards to ensure fairness and integrity.
